About RedStone Business Centres
RedStone Business Centres manage
serviced offices located in market towns that have an identifiable local economy
and easy access to London. RedStone
manages the maintenance and repairs of their serviced offices as well as
providing the business critical services companies need.
The serviced office sector has
experienced dramatic growth and increased awareness from relative obscurity in
the last decade. RedStone appreciated the value of using Parker, Wayne &
Kent’s strategic online communications services to deliver a competitive
advantage.
Objective
For many
businesses, the first place they look for office space is on the Internet.
RedStone Business Centre’s website is a promotional tool in a cluttered
marketplace. Parker Wayne & Kent were recruited to increase use of the
RedStone website by current and potential clients.
Strategy and Plan
A company’s website is its shop
window to the world. What it says and how it looks is integral to the future
success of the company.
Parker Wayne & Kent managed the
design and copywriting of the main RedStone Business Centres website and its
subsites.
Once we had achieved an online
presence for RedStone we then needed to promote the website in a cost effective
manner.
We deemed that the best way to do
this was via an online newsletter.
Creatively drafted newsletters
would provide a regular and direct communication vehicle to remind customers and
potential customers of RedStone’s portfolio of services, reinforce
RedStone’s messages and encourage them to return to the RedStone Business
Centres’ websites.
The news articles promote new
services provided by RedStone, introduce new residents in the building, offer
advice for small businesses and create a sense of community for RedStone’s
clients. They are also strategically developed to achieve higher rankings in
search engines for www.redstone-bc.com
and its subsites.
Testimonial:
Neill Barber,
MD of RedStone Business Centres said, ”Our online newsletter has been a great
success. It’s entertaining, informative and draws clients' attention to the
services we offer to improve their productivity. It also attracts new companies
to join our business community by driving traffic to our website both from
direct click throughs from subscribers to the newsletter and by improving our
performance in search engines.”
