Parker, Wayne
& Kent to improve Busworks’s internal communication
The Busworks – north
London
’s former horse-drawn bus factory converted into a spacious business centre
– has selected Parker, Wayne & Kent Public Relations to improve the sense
of community in the building.
The PR company was chosen by Marion Morahan of The Busworks to create a
greater sense of cohesion within the building by reviving and reformatting its
monthly newsletter, called The Buzz.
The newsletter will work to put the who, what, where, when and why of The
Busworks in the minds of residents. To accomplish this, Parker, Wayne & Kent
will be the building’s news hounds bringing light-hearted news into the
hardworking lives of resident entrepreneurs, businesses and organisations.
“Reviving The Buzz will
really help The Busworks residents realise that we all work in a community,”
said Marion Morahan of The Busworks. “At present, it’s quite difficult to
get the important messages through to all residents in The Busworks – even
with the constant flow of memos. There’s so many exciting things happening in
our building, from The Apprentice being filmed here to the newly formed football
league. We want our residents to know what a vibrant place this really is.
Parker, Wayne & Kent has set The Buzz
at the right tone and strategically placed it around the building to keep people
apace of what’s happening with The Busworks, our residents and the surrounding
area.”
